Earlier on two occasions, i.e., 10.08.2018 and 20.09.2018, when the case was listed, none had appeared nor any representation was made, therefore, the case is adjourned. Even today when the matter is called twice, no one appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter further more.

In the above circumstance, in absence of any representation, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. 3.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
