2. Mr. Sangharh Pandey, learned Deputy Govt. Advocate, submits that the issue raised in this petition stands concluded by the decision of a coordinate Bench of this Court rendered in W.P.(S)No.6613/2014 (Punam Shrivastava v. State of Chhattisgarh and others) decided on 14-5-2015 in which His Lordship has held in para 9 as

under: - "Thus, the word in singular would include plural and vice versa, therefore, the word 'district' occurring in Rule 27 would mean the districts coming within the jurisdiction of a particular Zila Panchayat. Thus, if there are more than one revenue districts falling within particular Zila Panchayat, the employees working therein can be transferred from one Janpad Panchayat to another Janpad Panchayat even if the two Janpad Panchayats are falling within the jurisdiction of two different revenue districts."

3. Thus, the point raised in this writ petition has already been decided as such, the petition deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage without notice to the other side. However, this order will not bar the petitioner from making appropriate representation to the competent authority in accordance with law.
