1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the order dated 28.2.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No.1804 of 2018 has not been complied with by the respondent.

2. This Court directed Mr.Arun Sao, learned Deputy Advocate General to seek instructions. He will submit and place a copy of the order dated 17.3.2018.

3. Since the applicant's case has been decided by the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai on 17.3.2018, nothing survives in this contempt case. Accordingly, it is closed.
