1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved on account of inevitable shifting of the petitioner to Bijapur on account of shifting of Project Implementation Unit-I Raigarh to Bijapur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a lady

-2employee and she was transferred to Raigarh only in the month of September 2017.

3. The petitioner has personal grievance which may not override the administrative exigency. Though this Court is not inclined to interfere with the project shifting from one place to other place, the petitioner's personal grievance may, nevertheless, be considered by the State as to whether it can be possible to adjust the petitioner at any other place than the core scheduled area where the entire establishment has been transferred in which the petitioner was working. Let the State decide petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. For a period of 4 weeks, the petitioner shall not be compelled to proceed to Bijapur.
