After taking into consideration the submission of learned State counsel that even though the accused failed to explain how the remains of burnt dead body of his wife were found in the house and how his wife died and later on, burnt, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal. Therefore, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. 2.
The appeal filed by the State be registered as an acquittal appeal and be listed for further orders.
