Despite order of the Court, learned State counsel could not seek any instructions as to why the petitioner is not being relieved. 3.
As the order has been passed by the State Government with regard to transfer of the petitioner, unless the transfer has been stayed, varied or modified by the State Government, the petitioner ought to have relieved. 4.
In these circumstances, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondent authority to relieve the petitioner forthwith in execution and implementation of the transfer order.
