Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 15/12/2015 Counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the order dated 01st October, 2013 passed by this Court in the matters of Mithilesh Yadav Vs. State of CG and others (Acquittal Appeal No.96 of 2012) and Smt. Ahilya Bai Satnami Vs. State of CG and another (Acquittal Appeal No.121 of 2012), he wants to withdraw this revision with liberty to file fresh application before the Court below under Section 372 of Cr.P.C. He, however, submits that the Court below may be directed to decide the said application expeditiously.

02. Submission made by counsel for the applicant appears to be reasonable. Therefore, he is permitted to withdraw this revision with the aforesaid liberty.
