1. After arguing at length, counsel for the appellant submits that the purpose of filing this appeal would be served if direction is issued to the family court for deciding the main case itself expeditiously. He submits that the respondent be also directed to cooperate in disposal of the suit.

2. Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the proposition as put forth by the appellant. He further submits that the appellant be directed to ensure the compliance of the interim order passed by the family court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the present appeal is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of the main case itself

as expeditiously as possible preferrebly within 6 months from the next date of hearing. Meanwhile, the appellant may comply the order impugned passed by the Court below.
