1. The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's father land was acquired for construction of Tarahi Dam bearing khasra no. 315 admeasuring area 1.36 acre situated at Jangir-Champa. He would further submit that neither the compensation was granted to the petitioner nor to father of the petitioner. He further submits that several representation were made but despite that the compensation was not granted but eventually after great persuasion a letter dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P-3) was issued by Respondent No. 3.
Therefore, at this moment the only prayer made is that cognizance of the said letter may be taken.
2. Perused the documents.

Considering the time lapsed without making any observation on the right of the petitioner at this moment the Respondent No. 3 is directed to take cognizance of letter dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P-3). Further the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation within a period of 4 weeks along with the copy of the letter of the SDO dated 15.02.2021 and if such representation is received along with the letter the same may be concluded at its logical end. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits to the right of the petitioner.
