Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned counsel for the petitioner, would fairly submit that during pendency of the contempt petition, the respondents have complied with the order by deciding the petitioner's representation, however, there is some delay in deciding the representation.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it appears the delay is not malafide.
