By filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction for his transfer form the present place of posting to any other place where he could get proper treatment of his heart ailment.

The petitioner is presently posted at Katghora. The representation has already been made.

It is for the employer to decide the request of transfer on personal ground of difficulty and medical ailment. Since the petitioner has already made the representation, the State Government may decide the representation within a period of four weeks taking into consideration all relevant aspects of the matter. 3.
