The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to respondents No.3 to consider his case for transfer from the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Raigarh to jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Mahasamund on the ground that the petitioner's husband is posted as Shiksha Karmi within the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Mahasamund and there exists a policy for such case of transfer to keep husband wife together as far as possible in the same Jila Panchayat.

It appears that the petitioner had made representation, but there is no transfer made so far by respondent No.3. It is also found that there is NOC of Jila Panchayat, Mahasamund, therefore, in these circumstances, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner as and when routine transfer are done in the next transfer season after the closure of educational session and the petitioner's representation may be considered for transfer from Jila Panchayat, Raigarh to Jila Panchayat, Mahasamund.
