Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) Shri Basant Dewangan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that plea of jurisdiction has already been raised in the written statement before the trial Court, therefore, the trial Court be directed to frame issue and further be directed to decide the same as a preliminary issue.

(2) Since the question relates to jurisdiction of the Court, the trial Court is directed to frame issue regarding jurisdiction of the Court, if such plea has already been raised in the written statement, then the trial Court shall further consider for taking the said issue in accordance with law.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the civil revision stands finally disposed of.
