The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 242/2015 registered in Police Station Abhanpur, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 4, 6, 10 of Chhattisgarh Pashu Parivahan Adhiniyam 2004 and Section 4 (1, 2, 3), 5, 6 of Pashu Parivahan (Amendment) Adhiniyam. 2.
As per the prosecution case on 1/09/2015 applicant while transporting 12 cows was intercepted and was arrested as he could not produce the documents in respect of the cows. Cows were being carried in truck bearing No.C.G. 17 -H-2583.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that cows were handed over to the applicant by the panchayat and he relied on certain document
and submits that applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Having regard to the fact that charge sheet has been filed and on verification it is stated that certain cows were handed over to the applicant, without any observation on merit, taking into fact that charge sheet is filed and applicant is in jail since 1/09/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
