The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the impugned transfer order dated 04.08.2016 mainly on the ground that he is going to retire within a period of less than 2 years and earlier also he has served in Tribal area for long time.

The grounds which have been raised in this petition may be considered by the competent authority in case any representation made by the petitioner.

As this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned on the stated grounds, the petition is disposed off with the liberty to file representation.
