I.A.No.1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 104 days in filing these appeals. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned.

The present appeals arise from order dated 7.5.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No. 1746 of 2015.
The Appellants were appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade III which were subsequently terminated for illegality in the appointments. The Learned Single Judge has declined to interfere.
Our attention has been invited to certain orders passed by us dated 29.7.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 364 of 2015 and Writ Appeal No. 365 of 2015 declining to interfere with similar orders of Learned Single Judge. The aforesaid orders have already been followed in Writ Petition (S) No. 1767 of 2015, dated 8.5.2015.
There is no occasion for us to pass any different order than that dated 29.7.2015.
