2. This is an application for restoration of WPS No.3755 of

2011, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 1.4.2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution for the reason that the Counsel engaged by the petitioner withdrew his Vakalatnama. He would submit that the Counsel did not send any information to the petitioner about withdrawal of the Vakalatnama.
