Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the statement made in paragraph 6 and 7 of the reply filed by respondent No.3Bharat Aluminum Company Limited (BALCO), the grievance raised in this writ petition is redressed.

If the respondent fails to adhere to the undertaking in terms of the tripartite agreement dated 24.9.2014, the petitioner may move appropriate

proceedings either by way of fresh petition or by filing Contempt Petition. 3.
