1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authority be directed to decide the petitioner's representations for redressal of his grievance regarding grant of annual increment in the salary, for seniority and other benefits.
2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh representation within three weeks from today and for redressal of his grievance which will be considered by the respondent authority within next four weeks from the date of receipt of representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
