1. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.375/2019, registered at Police Station: Kusmunda, District Korba, (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506B, 147, 148, 149, 427, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on merit on 26-08-2020 in MCRC No.995 of 2020.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

4. Permission granted.
