Son Bai (since deceased) Babulal Tandan, S/o. Late Shivprasad Tandan, aged about 45 years, R/o. Village - Khapri, Post Chhinbhog, Tahsil and District - Mungeli, Chhattisgarh -----Respondents PUD has been received from the Court of First Civil Judge 12/04/2021 Class-I, Mungeli praying for extension of time for disposal of Civil Suit No. 103A of 1997 between Sonbai Vs. Lulibai & Ors. This Court had while disposing of W.P.(227) No. 25 of 2021 on 19.01.2021 directed the trial Court to make an enquiry under Order 22 Rule 5 of C.P.C. within a period of three months. After considering on the request mentioned in the PUD and on the basis of the same, this Court feels inclined to allow the request made and extend the time granted. Accordingly, further time of three months is granted to the learned trial Court to comply with the order dated 19.01.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(227) No. 25 of 2021. Accordingly, the PUD is disposed off.
