Petitioner is alleging willful disobedience of order dated 15.05.2014 passed in WP227 No. 390/2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while deciding the matter the authority has not kept in mind, various observations made by this Court in the writ petition.

Be that as it may, irrespective of whether, the order is correct in law or not, The authorities have considered the case of the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to initiate any contempt proceedings against the respondent.
