Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/05/2017

1. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, there appears to be a very trivial dispute between the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that the connection could not be established because the petitioner had to supply necessary cables to respondent No.3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific information in this regard has been given to the petitioner.

-24. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 specifically indicate the requirement of cable (nature, length and quality). The moment it is submitted by the petitioner, the respondents shall establish connection within 10 days.

5. As far as petitioner's claim of alleged loss is concerned, it will be open for the petitioner to file a suit seeking appropriate damages as the amount of compensation cannot be quantified in these proceedings.
