At the outset, learned Counsel for Petitioner prays that the present Writ Petition as of now may be disposed of with a direction to Respondents to only consider the representation that Petitioner has made in respect of her grievance pertaining to seniority granted to her. 2.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that in the course of publication of the Gradation List, the name of Petitioner has been wrongly mentioned below some of other employees who are junior to her and that now when the promotion process has been initiated, she may get superseded. He further submits that the Petitioner has raised her grievance by way of a detailed representation to Respondents and therefore as of now the Respondents may be directed to decide the said representation so that the Petitioner may not be put to in a substantial loss in the course of grant of promotion. 3.

Considering the limited grievance that Petitioner has and also taking into consideration the nature of dispute raised, this Court is of the opinion that ends

of justice would meet if the matter is disposed of directing the Respondents No. 2 to 4 to take a decision on the representation of Petitioner in respect of the discrepancies in the Gradation List as alleged by her. 4.

Let a decision in this regard be taken by Respondents No. 2 to 4 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 5.
