1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.115/2019, registered at Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh for offence punishable under Sections 376 (2)(h), (i), (n), 506(B) and 454/34 of the IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that other co-accused persons have already been released on regular bail, therefore, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that in the event the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously.
