Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/11/2016 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction for consideration of representation for transfer on the ground that her husband is posted at Government Middle School, Pendra and therefore, she may also be transferred to Pendra. It is stated that the petitioner is posted at the present place since 2010. 2.

It appears that the petitioner had already made representation for transfer but her representation for transfer was not considered in the present transfer season. At this stage, in the midst of the educational session, it may not be conducive to transfer the petitioner. In these circumstances, this petition is

disposed off with a direction to respondents 2 and 5 to consider petitioner's representation at the time when occasion arises in the next season to effect transfers.
