1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has claimed in the present writ petition is for direction to the respondent No. 2 to 4 for releasing the provident fund amount which lies in the name of the petitioner.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has been terminated from service w.e.f. 30/06/2016 and since then the petitioner is facing financial crisis for maintaining himself and his dependents and thus

the petitioner has approached the authorities for release of provident fund which till date has not been finalized.

3. Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has, let respondent No. 2 to 4 take a decision so far as the claim of the petitioner for provident fund is concerned.

4. Needless to mention that since the appeal against the order of termination is pending, if at all, if any amount of provident fund is released to the petitioner, the same shall only be subject to the petitioner giving undertaking as is required by the department in the event of the appeal of the petitioner being allowed.

5. It is expected that respondent No. 2 to 4 would take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
