Perusal of the the communication dated 21.08.2017 received from the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur, would show that the appellants have suffered their entire jail sentence and the appellants Ramkhilawan Gond and Manbodh Gond have been released on 26.01.2012 and the appellant Rajendra Gond has been released on 19.02.2012

2. No representation is made on behalf of the appellants to prosecute this appeal on merits.
