The petitioner has sought direction to respondent No.1 to decide his application dated 05-01-2016 in the matter of payment of proper wages. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is engaged as Labour working with a trust and he is not being paid proper wages. It appears that the Labour Officer, Dhamtari issued a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 way back on 29-09-2014 for payment of proper wages to the petitioner.

In these circumstances, as there is already memo issued by the Labour Officer

to respondents No.2 & 3 for payment of proper wages to the petitioner, unless there is a challenge made by respondents No.2 & 3 to the direction of the Labour Inspector, the petitioner would be entitled to proper wages. The petitioner may appear before the Labour Officer, Dhamtari along with a copy of this order. The Labour Officer shall issue notice to the concerned trust through its Secretary and after affording both the parties an opportunity of hearing, shall pass appropriate orders in this matter. 5.
