This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction for consideration of representation for modification of posting upon promotion on the ground that the petitioner's mother is suffering from Cancer and therefore she may be posted at a place which is nearer to any Cancer Institute where treatment can be availed. 2.

Considering the ground raised in this petition, respondent No.4/Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
