Shri D. K. Wankhede, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 28/03/2018 The present petition has been filed seeking for a correction in the order dated 20.03.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.624 of 2018. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to clerical error, the crime number has been wrongly mentioned as 85/2017 in stead of 185/2017 in the order dated 20.03.2018 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.624 of 2018 and prays for correction of the same.

State counsel does not oppose to the said correction sought for. 4.

In view of the same, since there is a clerical error on the part of the petitioner while mentioning the crime number at the time of filing of the MCRC, the same deserves to be corrected. Accordingly, it is ordered that the crime number mentioned in the order dated 20.03.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 624/2018 shall be read as Crime No. 185/2017 in stead of Crime No. 85/2017. 5.

The CRMP stands disposed of.
