After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Collector, District Baloda Bazar under the Chhattisgarh

Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.
