The present appeal arises from order dated 5.10.2015 declining to interfere with the orders for transfer of the Appellant dated 15.9.2015. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the representation dated 21.9.2015 before the authorities is still pending consideration and therefore leave may be granted to withdraw the appeal for pursuing the same.
