Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the court below for setting aside the exparte order dated 30.06.2016. Considering the prayer to be fair request, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the court below for setting aside exparte order.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
