Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a complaint to the Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer, District Gariyaband for removal of encroachment but that has not been considered and decided till date.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent State would submit that dispute has been resolved. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer, Gariyaband are directed to look into the matter and resolve the grievance of the petitioner, if not done.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as cost(s).
