2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that due to death of the appellant, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. However, he submits that there are other aggrieved persons, who are entitled to move complaint under Section 156(3)/200 of Cr.P.C., but at present, we are concerned with the persons who moved this Court by filing the writ appeal.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. However, if any other person is having any right or entitlement under law to proceed against the wrongdoer, it will be open for him to proceed in accordance with law.
