Dispute relates to allotment of quarter to the petitioner. 2.

According to the petitioner, Block Medical Officer, Community Health Centre, Kharoud (Pamgarh) has allotted the quarter to him on 4.3.2015, whereas the same authority has directed to vacate the quarter by order dated 24.4.2015.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa shall look into the

grievance on the representation being made by the petitioner within 30 days from today. Meanwhile, for six weeks, the petitioner shall not be evicted from quarter in question.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
