Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the writ petition notice dated 03.04.2018 has been issued to the petitioner inviting the petitioner for hearing and as such the petition has now become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to proceed further in case occasion so arises in future.
