This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 07/01/2019 in MCRC No. 9090/2018.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
