Shri Ankur Agrawal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that without issuance of prior notice, the boundary wall, constructed by the Petitioner, is going to be demolished by the Nagar Panchayat, Pipariya. He submits further that a grievance in this regard has been made by moving an appropriate application before the Collector, Kabirdham on 08.02.2019, however, the same has not been decided till date. He submits further that the said authority be directed to decide his application. 3.
Prayed made by the Petitioner appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.
In view of the aforesaid submission, Respondent No. 2-Collector
Land Acquisition, Kabirdham is hereby directed to decide the said application filed on 08.02.2019 at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from the date of receiving the certified copy of this order. The Petitioner shall furnish the certified copy of this order within a week from today.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
