Shri Rahul Mishra, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.03.2019 passed in WPS No.1667 of 2019. The modification sought for is in the cause title where inadvertently due to mistake on the part of the petitioners, the father's name of the petitioner No.6 has been wrongly got typed as Panchram Netam instead of Nathuram Netam. Similarly, the School where the petitioner No.9 is working got wrongly typed as Govt. Primary School Atariya instead of Govt. Primary School, Simariya. The said modification sought for is not opposed . Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The order dated 11.03.2019 would stand modified and father's name of petitioner No.6 would be read as "Nathuram Netam" instead of "Panchuram Netam". Likewise, the address of the petitioner No.9 shall be read as "Govt. Primary School Simariya" instead of "Govt. Primary School, Atariya". Let copy of this order be placed on record of WPS No.1667 of 2019.
