1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.709/2021 registered in Police Station: Kasdol, Chauki Lawan District Balodabazar-Bhatapara for offence under Section 392/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicants have committed loot of motorcycle, shawl, bed-sheet, mobile and cash, total amounting to Rs.51,900/- from the complainant Prem Singh Rajput.

3. Considering that the applicants are in jail since 30.12.2020; offences are

MCRC No. 2809 of 2021 triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class and charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
