Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that notice for removal of unauthorized construction has been issued to the petitioner on 12.03.2018 (Annexure-P/1) by respondent No. 5 - Municipal Corporation, Raipur which is totally unsustainable and bad in law and is liable to be set aside.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, petitioner would be at liberty to file reply to the said notice within a period of ten days from today and if such a reply is being filed by the petitioner then, the Corporation shall take decision on it expeditiously within two weeks thereafter, after hearing the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order before proceeding further with the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
