During the course of argument, learned counsel for the appellant expressed that he has an instruction to say that now the appellant is willing to reside with her husband and restore marital relations.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is always willing to keep his wife with him and he obtained a decree also, which is under challenge in the present case.

We find that though there was a report that mediation has failed, it appears, later on, that the appellant and respondent have decided to restore their marital relations and live together.

As a sequel to aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he does not wish to press this appeal and the appeal may be dismissed recording the statement that the respondent is also willing to keep his wife with him. 5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and in view of submission so made by learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed. 6.

We place on record the submission of learned counsel for the respondent that he is always willing to keep his wife with him.
