The challenge in the present set of writ petition is to the order (Annexure-P/1) dated 11.11.2017, whereby the writ petitioner has been released under compulsory retirement by respondent No.2. After the impugned order was passed, the State Government as a policy decision constitute a High Level Committee which scrutinized in each of the case of compulsory retirement which were passed by the State Government. 2.

It appears that the case of the petitioner has not been placed before the said committee. Let the petitioner made a detail representation before the Committee constituted by the State Government in this regard and the Committee, in turn, is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the circular and guidelines which State Government has framed for

the purpose considering the employee's case for compulsory retirement. Let this exercise be done within the stipulated period of two months from the receipt of representation/appeal filed by the petitioner. 3.
