This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.17/2020 registered at Police Station Shyang, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Ipc.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.
