• State Of Chhattisgarh Police Station- Khairagarh, District- Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondent 09.04.2021 This PUD is office note, in which, it is brought to the notice of this Court, that the correction made in the order dated 1.4.2021 in MCRC No.2459/2021 was not carried out and also the order has not been signed by the Presiding Judge, but the same has been uploaded, hence, necessary direction is required to be issued. On Perusal of the order dated 1.4.2021 in MCRC No.2459/2021, it is found, that the order was not corrected and signed by the judge before it was uploaded, therefore, the rectification is necessary. It is ordered that the order mentioned hereinabove be corrected and presented for signature before uploading the same.
