1. Perusal of the the communication dated 06.07.2017 received from the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur, would show that the appellant has suffered his entire jail sentence and he has been released on 25.07.2013.

2. In view of the above learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal on merits.

3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
