1. At the outset, learned counsel for the State would submit that in the conspectus of the circumstances, the respondent authority would be examining the matter and grievance of the petitioner and will be taking decision in the matter.

2. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the State in the matter, at this stage, it is appropriate to dispose off the matter. The

-2respondent authority shall examine the issue and take appropriate decision within a period of 4 weeks.

3. The petitioner shall submit a fresh representation within a period of 10 days to respondent No.1.

4. Till appropriate decision is taken by the authority in the matter, the impugned order shall not be pressed into service against the petitioner.

5. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
