In the facts and circumstances of the case, Shri Anil Gulati, Advocate is appointed to appear and argue on behalf of the appellant.

High Court Legal Service Committee is requested to issue authorization letter in favour of Shri Anil Gulati, Advocate.

The case is taken up for hearing.
